Service Refunds
Sofita Beauty does not generally offer refunds for completed services. Beauty services are customized and results may vary depending on the client's natural nails, skin, hair growth, aftercare, lifestyle, and condition at the time of service.
Concerns After Service
If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a correction appointment at our discretion if the issue is related to the service performed.
No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Damage caused after leaving the appointment
- Undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, nail conditions, or prior reactions
- Late cancellations or no-shows
- Deposits that are marked non-refundable under the Booking Policy
Deposits
Deposits may be applied toward the service total. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling.
Products
If Sofita Beauty sells retail products in the future, product refund rules may be provided separately.
