Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Appointments
Appointments are by appointment only. Clients may book online through Square Appointments or contact Sofita Beauty directly.
Confirmation
Appointments are not confirmed until accepted through Square Appointments or directly by Sofita Beauty.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. The cancellation policy may apply.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required for longer appointments, new clients, or selected services. Deposits are applied toward the total service price.
Deposit Transfer
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment at Sofita Beauty's discretion.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling.
